We are seeking expressions of interest from employers that are involved in the recruitment process within an organisation or business including HR representatives, managers, executives as well as people that identify as neurodivergent to support the development of a resource to build employers confidence in using inclusive recruitment practices.

About the project
The Project aims to build employers' confidence and ability in using inclusive recruitment practices to increase neurodiversity in the workforce. Through your help we will design and create a user-friendly, contemporary resource to support employers in using inclusive recruitment practices in Australia.
Co-design process
The resource will be co-designed and developed with employers, neurodivergent individuals and the project team. Through the establishment of national advisory groups, focus groups, surveys and other community engagement activities, the resource will be developed ensuring that it is relevant and effective in meeting the projects objectives.
Honorarium
Involvement is through voluntary participation for which an honorarium will be offered. Your involvement can be flexible to meet your needs.
